Dr. Trouble is Now Board Certified

In between the active social life during residency, the numerous dates and sordid relationships I maintained (excluding the current one, of course), and the countless nights out at various bars in Dallas, I somehow found time to learn medicine. As I found out today, I passed my board certification exam, an exam which makes me board certified in my chosen specialty. One is allotted 8 hrs to take this exam, and I must admit, yours truly finished in about 3 hrs. I would be lying if I said I wasn't stressing this one - either I was just smart on test day and breezed through the test, or I was just downright lost and had no idea what I was doing. Obviously, it must have been the former. Anyway, the funny part of this story came when I was asked today about whether or not I had passed. My response was that I did not know as nothing had come in the mail yet. Apparently the results were available last week online (I am sometimes clueless!) and my fellow former residents were worried that they hadn't heard about my status. I quickly logged onto the site to see the big letter saying "PASS" next to my name. Now, Ms. Fabulous gets my old study aids, the ones that never seemed to come out of the plastic wrapping!
