Just Another Tuesday Night

It's been a while since I have done a Tuesday night at The Gingerman. When Kevo lived in Dallas, we were there almost every week for the "free glass" promotion. I have proof of that as my kitchen cabinet is filled with random beer glasses. Oh, how times have changed. Now, it takes Ptex to call me up and force me away from my peaceful night at home alone on the sofa to come meet him for some drinks.

I am not there even 1 minute before I notice my current interns sharing a beer at a table on the patio. Here I was thinking they were good little interns that went home each night and read medical journals to impress their upper level physician only to realize they are following in my steps. I love it! We'll have to plan a team happy hour soon!

I then moved over to join Ptex and his friends. Of course, everyone always wants to know how Ptex and I know each other. Telling then "we have the same ex-boyfriend" is always a good conversation starter. You should see the look on people's faces with that one! Roger Hayes stopped by as well, as he needed to spend some time with me before he moves this weekend. I am going to miss old Roger!

Our next stop of the evening was my new favorite bar, Sunset Lounge. Bar hopping on a Tuesday night....the old Dr. Trouble is back! Ms. Fabulous and Ashton decided to come out for the evening by this time. It had been a whole 5 days since the night I received the "First Customer" title and thus I had to show everyone at the bar my loyalty.

It was definitely a fun night for just another Tuesday night in Dallas.
