Last fall, I passed the position of "Unofficial Social Chair" on to a younger colleague of mine. But, when he asked me where the next monthly happy hour should be held, I couldn't help but think of my neighborhood establishment, Sunset Lounge Restaurant. Drink and walk home....how great is that! Thanks to our wonderful sponsor Jeff, the beer, the Sunset martinis, and the flatbread pizzas were plentiful throughout the night as about 30 of us decided to escape the confines of the hospital to see each other in a much more fun setting. Johnny, the best bartender in Dallas by numerous votes, took care of our group as we partied the night away. If I recall correctly, some one I know even got a phone number from a hot guy she picked up! Here is a smattering of pics from the evening:
