The Ever-Expanding Music Collection:
I love magazines that feature celebrities and what they are currently listening to on their iPods and CD changers. And, since I do have a fabulous music collection (not to brag or anything but many people I know want it and a select few have copied it illegally) I thought I would give you a sampling of exactly what I am listening to on a weekly basis. It is a combination of new hits as well as some oldies I have pulled out of the collection depending on my mood. Here are my favorite songs of the week in no particular order:

4. "My Humps" - Black Eyed Peas
5. "Trouble" - Ray LaMontagne
6. "Gold Digger" - Kanye West
7. "The Scientist" - Coldplay
8. "Fade Into You" - Mazzy Star
9. "With or Without You" - U2
10. "Hurt" - Johnny Cash

Anyway...jealous of your trip to the OC...sounds like you had a good time.
New bands you must check out:
Arcade Fire (possibly the best new thing out in 2005)
Bloc Party (excellent brit band - will be huge)
Kaiser Chiefs (make Coldplay seem SOO last year)
Death Cab for Cutie (their new release 'plans' should be in everyone's car who thinks they knwo anything about music)
